HELP CENTER

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING POLICY?

You must pay 50% of non-refundable booking deposit for all shoots in order for your date and time to be secured. YOU MUST SEND YOUR DEPOSIT UNLESS THAT SHOOT SLOT WILL BE REOPENED FOR OTHERS TO BOOK. This deposit is a part of the packaged price unless otherwise stated. In the case of a reschedule, you may reschedule 48 hours in advanced from the day of the shoot. Failure to do so will result in an additional booking deposit for the rescheduled shooting date.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS?

In the case of a reschedule, the client has up to 48 hours prior to the shoot to notify me. Failure to do so will result in 20% of the remaining balance due. For cancellations, the client also has up to 48 hours prior to the shoot to notify me. Failure to do so will result in the full amount of the remaining balance due.

IF I DON'T MAKE THE SHOOT OR SOMETHING COMES UP, AM I ABLE TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

All booking deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to booking policy for more information.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH AMONEY PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES, WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND?

You will not be able to get a refund if the shoot is already complete and/or you fail to comply with any rescheduling/cancellation policies.

IF I WANT TO ADD SOMETHING TO MY PACKAGE HOW DO I NOTIFY YOU ABOUT THAT?

When you go to book the shoot, there is a contact page, in that description box please let me know how many of that specific product you want to add and I will add that to your booking invoice.

DO I GET ALL MY RAW IMAGES WITH A PACKAGE?

Not all packages come with raw images included so if you want all images included without watermarks, it is an extra $100 fee to receive those.

WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY SHOOT?

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.
A grace period of [15 minutes] will be allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond this time, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee the full scheduled session duration.
If a client is more than [30 minutes] late without notification, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the session will be canceled. The deposit will be forfeited, and a new session will have to be booked with another deposit.

IF MY SHOOT RUNS OVER TIME, WHAT HAPPENS?

On-location sessions extending beyond their scheduled time incur an over-time fee of $50 per 15 Minutes, payable at the session's conclusion or invoiced post-session. This over-time policy does not apply to in-studio sessions, which are limited to pre-booked hourly slots. Please plan accordingly to avoid additional fees and ensure a smooth experience for all involved.
